Empower Finance Uganda provides financial literacy resources and tools to help Ugandans improve their financial well-being. Our Services include information on budgeting (Budgeting Tips), expense management (Expense Tracking), mobile payments (Mobile Payment Solutions), family financial needs (Family Finance Planning), and small income planning (Small Income Strategies). We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through our Services.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Services. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our Services.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
